Final Sale, No Return & No Refund Policy

All orders placed with Avero Apparel are treated as final commercial transactions once confirmed, processed, packed, shipped, dispatched, delivered, or otherwise moved into fulfilment. Avero Apparel does not provide returns, monetary refunds, cash reversals, payment reimbursements, wallet refunds, bank refunds, store-credit refunds, partial refunds, convenience refunds, or refund-linked cancellations as a standard post-purchase remedy.

Any request that is materially, commercially, or practically equivalent to a return, refund, reimbursement, payment reversal, compensation, charge recovery, price adjustment, or value recovery claim shall remain outside the scope of this policy, regardless of how such request is described, framed, communicated, or interpreted by the customer.

Restricted Exchange-Only Assistance

Post-delivery support, where applicable, is limited solely to exchange consideration. Exchange consideration is not an entitlement, guarantee, approval, commitment, or automatic service obligation. It may be reviewed only where the concern falls within one of the following narrowly defined categories:

  1. Size-related fit issue, subject strictly to replacement size availability.
  2. Incorrect product delivered against the confirmed order details.
  3. Product received in damaged condition, subject to internal verification.

No exchange request shall be treated as approved unless expressly confirmed by Avero Apparel through official support communication.

Eligibility, Verification & Brand Discretion

Exchange eligibility remains subject to internal assessment, product condition, inventory availability, reverse-pickup serviceability, courier feasibility, address serviceability, stock movement status, quality-control review, and confirmation that the request does not constitute a return or refund claim in substance.

Avero Apparel reserves the right to approve, reject, defer, restrict, or limit any exchange request at its sole discretion. Approval in one case shall not create a precedent, admission, liability, customer right, operational obligation, or continuing entitlement for any other order, product, issue, customer, or future transaction.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are expected to review product details, size charts, fit references, pricing, order details, address information, and payment method before placing an order. By completing checkout, the customer acknowledges that the order is being placed under a no-return and no-refund framework, with only limited exchange consideration available under the categories stated in this policy.

Products submitted for exchange review should remain unused, unwashed, unworn beyond reasonable trial, unaltered, undamaged by the customer, and retained with original tags, packaging, labels, inserts, invoices, and supporting order material wherever applicable.

Damaged, Incorrect or Size-Related Issues

For damaged or incorrect product concerns, customers must share clear images or videos showing the product, packaging, shipping label, and issue being claimed. For size-related exchange requests, replacement shall be subject to stock availability and may be denied if the requested size, product, or equivalent item is unavailable.

A damaged-product claim may be declined if the issue appears to have arisen from usage, handling, washing, customer-side storage, alteration, external impact, wear and tear, incorrect care, or any condition not reasonably attributable to fulfilment.

Communication through any unofficial channel, incomplete information, delayed response, missing proof, or inability to verify the claim may result in closure or rejection of the request without further obligation.

Operational Limitations

Exchange processing timelines, pickup attempts, replacement dispatch, and final resolution may vary depending on courier availability, location serviceability, stock position, internal workload, public holidays, weather, payment/order verification, and other operational considerations. No fixed timeline shall be construed as a binding commitment unless expressly confirmed in writing by Avero Apparel.
